The Journey
Explore
We talk about life, relationships, what's going on for you. As we do this, we can begin to build a picture of what life is like for you and how it's affecting you. We can start noticing thoughts, feelings, behaviours that you'd like to change.
Discover
As we work together, we can start discovering patterns, connecting dots, making links. While doing this, we can also discover healthy coping strategies to help you manage life and all it brings effectively.
Understand
When you've explored and discovered, you can really begin to understand yourself more deeply - and with this can come healthy boundaries, increased self-esteem and self-worth, happiness, balance and even joy!
I offer a warm, supportive space for you to talk as openly as you feel comfortable, about whatever you'd like and without judgment. We can explore together what you’re experiencing and how it’s affecting you.
I see you as an individual with your own story to tell.
I'm here to listen, to understand and to be alongside you as we work together.
I can also support you in learning and creating new ways to help you manage effectively so that you can feel more empowered, in control and capable.
I offer a free 30 minute Zoom call so we can meet, have a chat and discuss what you'd like from counselling, how you'd like your sessions to be and for you to decide if I'm the right counsellor for you.
Sessions are £50 - a weekly day & time becomes "yours". Life happens - we can discuss changes as and when they occur as with cancellations - ensuring 24 hours' notice.
Fixed or open-ended sessions:
an agreed amount of sessions (usually 6-12) or on-going sessions.

I'm qualified to deliver counselling online and am based in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire.
